New Blog / Harry Potter Quick Look / Night Shooting

Welcome to my blog. This is something I've been thinking about doing for a while. I have no idea if I'll be able to keep it up, but I'll give it a go.

There's something insanely wrong with the voice acting in the new Harry Potter game.

GiantBomb have done a quick look and its hilarious, but if you listen to the voice actors in the game its almost as if they only had the faintest idea about the English accent. Skip to 8:40 and listen to what Harry has to say. Or even better, at 20:30, Rhys Ifans suddenly becomes Irish. The commentary on this video is great and well worth a look if you have 30m to spare.

I just got my new Canon 60D, and I'm a huge fan of night time photography. I look these photos last night on the A55 towards Bangor. I only wanted to do some test, and and I was really pleased with the results. I took all the photos with a 30 second exposure on my 50mm lens and played around with the ISO and aperture. I'm gonna head out again soon and see if I can improve these.

Ahhh, it's not that late, maybe I'll head out now...
